Gravity FAQ – frequent questions about Gravity

Gravity FAQ

  • Do you support mobile applications?

Gravity supports web applications only, whether running on a PC or mobile platform. Support for mobile applications will be introduced in the near future.

  • Do you store sensible data from our users on Gravity servers?

Our open-source data collector anonymizes all user data directly in the front-end. Each data from the user input is removed from the collected user session, only the user flow is kept. We prioritize and adhere to GDPR standards, ensuring that our practices align with the regulations for data protection and privacy.

  • Where is the data stored?

Gravity servers are hosted by Scalingo (Certified HDS, ISO 27001, and -compliant). Data Centers are located in Paris. If you want to know more about Scalingo, we invite you to visit their website: https://scalingo.com/.

  • Do you have an on-premise version?

Gravity only exists as a cloud application now, but this version ensures data privacy.

  • Will gravity degrade our application performance?

Our open-source data collector has been built to make it transparent to your user. It waits for the browser to be idled before sending data.

  • How much does Gravity cost?

Gravity is a beta product, completely free of charge to early adopters.

We invite you to request a demo to explore Gravity and its features with our team. Afterward, you’ll have the opportunity to test Gravity if you wish.
